Please leave a note with your: • Name • Address • Order number • Email address • Reason for return Once we receive your order back at our warehouse, one of our team will be in contact to confirm your order has arrived and they will process your refund.

It usually takes between seven and 10 working days for a refund payment to reach your bank account. If it’s been longer, get in touch and we’ll see what is happening.
